3. ZJLA vertical slurry pump equipment and structural features
The ZJLA vertical slurry pump is a vertical axial suction single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump. ZJLA type slurry pump is mainly composed of impeller, volute, rear guard plate, bushing, bracket, support plate, shaft, bearing and bearing body. The impeller, the volute and the rear guard are made of high-chromium alloy cast iron. The impeller and the shaft are threaded, and the volute, the bracket and the bearing body are connected by bolts. The pump shaft and the motor can be driven by a coupling direct drive or a pulley. The bearings of the ZJLA pump are greased. This series of pumps is a shaftless seal pump.
A, pump head structure
The pump body is a single-layer pump casing with small installation size and light weight.
A labyrinth gap seal is arranged between the impeller and the rear guard plate, which greatly reduces the leakage amount of the slurry, improves the volumetric efficiency, and has remarkable energy saving effect.
The impeller is provided with a back blade, which discharges the slurry in time, thereby improving the volumetric efficiency, reducing the backflow erosion and improving the life of the flowover member.
In order to prevent large particles from entering the impeller, the impeller is blocked, and a lower filter is provided at the inlet and outlet.

In order to facilitate the lubrication of the bearing, and to extend the service life of the bearing, it is optimized from the hydraulic design and structural design.
